We Need Prayers...

Travis’ mom got the results from her CT Scan yesterday and they are not good. Her cancer has moved to her brain in two spots. She has also had a mild stroke. They are changing their plan of action from chemo to radiation as well as keeping her on the test drug. They have given her at most 2 years to live. Please pray for us and Travis’ family as this news is so difficult to hear. Also their house in California has still not sold and they have already purchased a house to move near us. Please as God to guide them in what they should do next.


The selfish me is not wanting them to move. I don't want my kids to have to watch their grandmother die. Right now she is just the grandma that visits. They say 2 years but that could be she starts going down hill the moment they do move and then all the stress and responsibility falls on us. Trips to the hospital and explaining to the kids what is going on. Their last memories of their grandma not happy ones but sad. I know selfish but this is the truth.
Please pray that I can be less selfish in this situation and appreciate the little time we have left.
